• Superior Pest and Termite was recently recommended to me by my Realtor for a termite inspection on a 3-year-old house we were buying. I was under the impression and had also been told, by another company, that even though you don't have termites, you need to have a yearly termite inspection. Jeff, from Superior Pest and Termite told me that a yearly inspection would be recommended, only if I had termites (which luckily we didn’t) or conditions around the home that were conducive to termites; then he showed me what to look for. He did tell me that they offered preventative termite treatments. I was very pleased to have someone that wasn't trying to talk me into something I didn't need to spend wasted money on. I had never had a person be honest with me like that because he could of easily talked me into a yearly contract. Also, Jeff sent me a 5 page e-mail with a picture of my new home and a picture of where some tree limbs should be cut back from the home as to avoid insects entering through the house, along with the inspection report and also a diagram of our house.
